Rally Point International, LLC (RPI) is a group of expert independent consultants, coaches, and trainers that provide assistance to individuals and organizations that have the desire to operate at their optimum potential.

 

Collectively we have experience in assisting organizations from a variety of business fields and industries.  Such as the oil & gas industry, government agencies, production industry, mining, and various other industries.

 

We also have expertise in a variety of areas that enables us to assist our clients with multiple issues they may be experiencing.  While some of our members specialize in leadership develop and team building, others focus on emotional intelligence, or diversity, equality, and inclusion.  Still others are experts in administrative practices, or corporate security.

Re-Group

Rally Point International, LLC (RPI) utilizes the R⁴ approach in assisting individuals and organizations to overcome and work through challenges that are preventing them from performing at their optimum level. This four-phase approach begins with the crucial Re-Group phase in which we assist in taking an inventory of the assets, such as systems, processes, and procedures (SPP), that are already in place.  This is also the phase in which we prepare the organization’s team members for their role in the Re-Assess phase.

Re-Assess

During the Re-Assess phase, we will journey together in evaluating those systems, processes, and procedures that are currently in place.  This is accomplished through a series of assessments, both online and hard copy if necessary.  RPI will also assist in conducting one-on-one interviews with selected team members to gain firsthand perspectives of what is working and what is not working.  This feedback will be utilized to assist in structuring a comprehensive, impactful, and effective plan during the Re-Alignment phase. 

Re-Alignment

During the Re-Alignment phase, we will work with the organization’s executive team and leaders to determine what initiatives need to be developed and implemented in order to assist individuals and the organization achieve their desired goal. This may involve the implementation of new SPPs, implementing training, coaching sessions, or other measures that RPI will assist the organization with to prepare them for the Re-Engagement phase.

Re-Engagement

The Re-Engagement phase is often overlooked by many organizations, and by many consulting organizations as well.  It is a vital phase however if the organization is going to successfully implement and sustain the desired culture changes to achieve its goals. RPI will work in conjunction with the organization to review the data from the leading and lagging indicators to determine if the initiatives implemented are having the desired outcome. And if not, what adjustments can be made to assist in achieving them.  This review is normally conducted between the 90 to the 120-day mark of implementing the new initiatives.
