Creating a Highly Harmonious Organization
This is a 2.5-hour, virtual program that is designed to allow the individual participants to explore the components of a Highly Harmonious Organization, and their impact on organizations and individuals. Participants will be introduced to the elements of the DEBOSH Trust Model™ and gain a better understanding of how each of these elements assist in building trust within an organization. This program also focuses on defining what Loyalty in the workplace looks like and why it is such an important component.
And the role that Commitment plays in creating a more productive and harmonious work culture.
After completing this workshop participants will be provided the opportunity to complete an assessment to determine how well they and their organizations have established a culture of Trust, Loyalty, and Commitment. They will also be eligible for a free 20 Minute consultation session once they have completed the assessment.
TLC Leadership
The TLC Leadership Course is conducted in five sessions with each session being between 1-1½ hour over five weeks. Currently this course is offered in an online format. It is designed for individuals that have a sincere desire to enhance their leadership abilities and create a work culture based on Trust, Loyalty, & Commitment.
The course begins with an overview of the TLC Leadership components, a Self-Assessment and assignment of
Accountability Partners (AP) that they will collaborate with over the five-week period. In session two participants will examine the DEBOSH Trust model and how its elements of Transparency, Respect, Understanding, Support & Time build trust within their team and organization. Session three focuses on defining what Loyalty looks like in the workplace and why it is so vital in develop a TLC work culture. And in session four participants will delve into the final component of Commitment and the role that it has in creating a TLC culture.
Each week participants will be given an assignment that they can implement into their place of employment to gain firsthand experience in creating a TLC work environment. They will share their experiences with their AP to gather feedback and encouragement. During the final session they will create a TLC Action Plan consisting of initiatives and measures they wish to employ to help develop a TLC work culture. And 60-90 days after the final session, participants can schedule a One-on-One, follow-up/coaching session with their course facilitator to share their experience and to gain guidance on any challenges they may be experiencing.
TLC Leadership ICP
The TLC Leadership Individual Coaching Program (ICP) is a 10-week program that is conducted in one-on-one sessions. Its focus is for leaders at any level that have the desire to create a more harmonious work culture by establishing Trust, Loyalty, & Commitment as its foundation. Participants will work closely with their TLC Coach to develop skills and implement action plans that will enable them to create a more positive work environment that will increase performance and production of their organizations.
