Mick DeBee is a Leadership & Organizational Development Professional with over 30 years of experience in assisting leaders and organizations develop skills, strategize goals, and implement
process to enable them to perform at their optimum level. He is a John Maxwell certified coach, speaker, and trainer that has developed the TLC Leadership model which enables leaders and organizations to create a culture of Trust, Loyalty, and Commitment.


Mick has served as a coach and consultant for individuals and organizations in the U.S. Military, the Oil & Gas Industry, Production Industry, Education Field, Foreign Governments, as well as State & Local Government organizations. Besides Leadership & Team Development, he has assisted organizations in developing Performance Management Programs, Quality Management
Programs, Safety Programs, Mentorship Programs, and other various initiatives that impact culture and performance of an organizations.

Julie Hebert

Business and Project Support

Julie has a wide range of experience within the operations and management of a training and consulting business, spanning over 18 years.  This experience covers all aspects of the training and consulting lifecycle, including training development, procurement, logistics, attendee coordination, certifications/accreditations, and reporting. She is passionate about customer service and instills a strong customer service ethic in any team she works with.  Julie is also extremely detailed oriented and is our go-to for editing and project management. 

Julie has a unique blend of operational, customer service and leadership experience.  She understands how to work with the different stakeholders and communicate well with everyone at all levels.

Regarding her specific recent roles, Julie supervised a team of 7 team members in training support function and managed the budgets and weekly/monthly forecasting for a $2mil operation. She managed large-scale workshop rollouts including: needs assessments, resource management, scheduling up to 25 facilitators domestically and internationally, logistics, student database/files, client interaction.  Julie also participated in and managed various operation-wide projects: new job management system, LMS search and implementation, post-training application. 

David Erwin

From as early as he can recall, David has known two things: he is  a leader and he is here to help people grow and become their best version of self (maybe not in these exact words).  However, it would take time and some hard lessons learned before finding his path.

Some thirty-odd years ago David was volunteering with the Sierra Club (Inner City Outings) working with inner-city and adjudicated youth providing outdoor experiences that might never have been afforded them by their circumstances.  As he was about to take on the role of organizational leadership the exiting chair person arranged for a half-day team building event at a local challenge course.  It is there where David found his path and opportunity to become the leader, mentor and coach he is today.  David holds various and many professional development certifications.  However, one stands out amongst them all — being a Certified Trainer, Facilitator, Coach and Speaker with The John Maxwell Team.  David has had the opportunity and privilege be trained and mentored by John Maxwell and his team since 2013.

In various industries around the world as an agent of change, David has worked with educators, financiers, high-tech and heavy industry such as mining, construction and oil and gas industries (David spent four months, three hundred miles from shore in Australia) developing leadership, boosting morale and building high-performing teams.  David is a passionate leader with an authentic connection and unstoppable calling to help people own their personal power and their full potential.

Jina Diagle

Jina Daigle has worked in numerous organizations specializing in performance management through training, coaching and leadership development, as well as change management.  Her varied career includes training design and delivery, HSE coaching, change management, organizational learning and project management.

Jina created and managed her own professional consulting and coaching company for over ten years in Dallas, Texas.  Through these work experiences and her educational background, Jina is considered an expert in management and professional development. These skills translate into making significant impacts on client initiatives such as safety, teamwork, and communication.

Jina is a highly motivated facilitator and brings a diverse blend of leadership, development and team building experience to every project.  With over 30 years of experience, Jina has extensive business knowledge in both national and international organizations.  She has a strong track record in creative program design, classroom training, experiential leadership training and client coaching.  As a consultant, Jina has worked on a variety of projects to improve clients’ cultures of safety.  She has conducted behavioral-based safety training programs, served as a safety coach and participated in safety improvement projects.

Jina earned a Master of Science degree in applied behavioral studies and a Bachelor of Science degree in community counseling from Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Oklahoma.
